What is BYH Wellness?

Are your devices CE or UKCA certified?
Yes. All BYH Wellness devices meet CE and/or UKCA standards and are registered with the appropriate regulatory bodies. We never use uncertified equipment
Do treatments require a prescription or referral?
No. Our therapies are non-invasive and wellness-focused. However, we always recommend consulting your GP if you have underlying conditions.
Are there any contraindications?
Yes. Certain conditions (e.g. pregnancy, pacemakers, epilepsy) may preclude use. We screen for these during onboarding.

General Questions
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. To ensure a smooth operation and respect for all clients' time, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee, while no-shows will be billed the full session fee. Clients may conveniently cancel or reschedule via their Fresha account. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Operational Details
Do I need prior experience to use the equipment?
No. You will receive detailed instructions by email before your appointment, and our technician on site will assist you throughout the process.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable clothing is recommended. We provide all necessary equipment and accessories.
